I’ll be 50 this year and I used to lift heavy when I was younger but now I rep out most days with moderate weight and only go heavy once in a while. My joints can’t handle it anymore. I love throwing it up still just to see if I still got it but I do it for delf! Peace John blaze. Keep doing your thing.
